At Thogreonxla, we understand that plans can change. This policy outlines our guidelines for workshop cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
Workshop Cancellation Policy
We offer the following cancellation options for our candlemaking workshops:
Cancellation 7 Days or More in Advance
Full refund available. You may also choose to reschedule to a future date at no additional cost.
Cancellation 3 to 6 Days in Advance
50 percent refund available, or full credit toward a future workshop within 90 days.
Cancellation Less Than 3 Days in Advance
No refund available due to material preparation. However, you may transfer your booking to another person or receive credit for 50 percent of the fee toward a future class.
No Shows
If you do not attend your scheduled workshop without prior notice, no refund or credit will be issued.
Rescheduling
We are happy to help you reschedule your workshop:
- One free reschedule is permitted per booking
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the original class
- Rescheduled sessions must occur within 90 days of the original booking date
Cancellation by Thogreonxla
In the rare event that we need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:
- A full refund of your workshop fee
- Priority rescheduling to another available date
- Notification as soon as possible via the contact information you provided
Gift Certificate Returns
Gift certificates for our candlemaking workshops are non-refundable but are transferable. Gift certificates remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Private Events and Group Bookings
Special cancellation terms may apply to private events and group bookings. Please contact us to discuss specific arrangements when booking.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
